- Project/task management – Zebec will provide an industry standard breakdown of the client selected task(s). This includes but is not limited to Task description, Cost Estimated, Gantt/Pert chart timelines, resource assignments, critical path management and predicted vs. real assessments.
- HVAC analysis – This includes but is not limited to power/heat inventory, measurement of existing capacity, gap analysis and recommendations for upgrade. While not as important as in the past, humidity control may be included.
- Power analysis - This includes but is not limited to power inventory, measurement of existing capacity, gap analysis and recommendations for upgrade. The analysis addresses distribution, redundancy, UPS, high availability, generator(s) sizing and fuel supply analysis.
- Structural analysis – Assuming that the build out includes heavy pieces of equipment, roof, floor, raised floor, dock loading are checked. Measurements are taken for large pieces of equipment, door opening, ceiling heights, floor coverings, obstructions and tight bends in projected pathways.
- Equipment layout – Equipment placement is critical in modern Data Centers. In particular, the equipment must be laid out with the flow heat in mind.
